1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WaterLux services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WaterLux LLC.

2. Description of Services

WaterLux provides: water treatment system installation and maintenance, water quality testing and analysis, water treatment product sales, and consultation services for residential and commercial properties in South Florida.

3. Service Warranties

All WaterLux installations include a 5-year comprehensive warranty covering parts and labor. Manufacturer warranties may provide additional coverage. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of installation unless financing has been arranged. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and offer financing options. Maintenance plan payments are billed monthly or annually as agreed.

5. Mobile / SMS Service Terms

Consent and Use. If you provide WaterLux with your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from WaterLux related to your inquiry, appointments, service updates, and customer support. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Our handling of mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Your Responsibilities. You may only enroll a mobile number you own or are otherwise authorized to use. You must keep your contact information current and notify us if your mobile number changes. You are responsible for any message and data charges your wireless carrier may apply.

Opting Out. You may opt out of WaterLux text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Opting out of text messages does not terminate any other service relationship you have with WaterLux; we may continue to contact you through other channels (such as email or phone) for matters related to your account, installed equipment, or service obligations.

Service Availability. WaterLux uses commercially reasonable efforts to deliver text messages but does not guarantee that any particular message will be delivered, will be delivered on time, or will be free of errors. Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier's network and on factors outside WaterLux's control.

Supported Carriers. We support text messaging on the major United States wireless carriers. Carrier support and feature availability may change without notice and are governed by your wireless carrier, not by WaterLux.
