WaterLux SMS Terms

WaterLux operates an SMS messaging program for customers and subscribers in Florida. This page describes the program, the consent required to participate, the messages we send, and how to opt out at any time.
Program purpose
WaterLux uses SMS to deliver:
- Water quality tips for South Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach)
- Seasonal alerts (hurricane preparation, algal bloom advisories, utility events)
- Appointment reminders and confirmations for in-home water tests and installations
- Customer care responses to inbound questions
- Occasional offers, when consented
Consent
You opt in to the WaterLux SMS program by:
- Submitting the form at waterlux.com/subscribe with the consent checkbox checked, or
- Signing a paper consent form during an in-home water test appointment, or
- Verbally consenting on a recorded inbound call to (754) 317-0104
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can buy products and book services from WaterLux without ever opting in to SMS.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Subscribers typically receive approximately 4 to 8 messages per month. Customers with an active appointment or install may receive additional transactional messages.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply to all messages sent and received. Check with your carrier for details.
How to opt out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from the WaterLux SMS program. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages from us. Other keywords that unsubscribe you: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT.
To resubscribe after opting out, reply START or SUBSCRIBE, or use the form at waterlux.com/subscribe.

Supported carriers
This program is available on most major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, Metro by T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
WaterLux does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in status with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data is used only to operate this program. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by SMS to active subscribers and reflected in the Effective date at the top of this page.
